Please understand that your appointment time was set aside just for you. Appointments made with the Studio mean that we've reserved space and a stylist, specifically for you. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, We ask that you kindly give at least a 48 hour notice. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour mark, a 100% charge of the service booked will be incurred. Any missed appointments or "no-shows" will be subject to a 100% charge of the service amount. The no show fee will be charged to your credit card on file. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late cancellations, missed appointments and the no show fee. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All services are non-refundable.
